ODAF Starter Kit (Open Data Application Framework) is available for download here. ODAF is a framework that allows cities and covernment agencies to easily map existing Open Data landmarks, and allow users to rate, comment and tag them. ODAF is declined on Web (Silverlight), iPhone, Android and Windows Phone.
